Ingredients:
1 can biscuit dough (or 1 batch homemade)
1/2 lb (225g) breakfast sausage
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
2 eggs (optional, for topping)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Press biscuit dough into a pizza pan to form the crust. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
In a pan, cook sausage until browned. Stir in flour, then slowly add milk to make a gravy. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread sausage gravy over the baked crust. Top with shredded cheese and crack eggs on top if using.
Bake another 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked to your liking.
Slice and serve warm.
